Questions

Do I need a gym membership?
No. ProgressPilot works with bodyweight-only training at home, dumbbells at home, basic gyms, and full commercial gyms. Tell the app what you have access to and it programs accordingly.
What if the AI suggests a weight that’s wrong?
Tap the pencil icon on any exercise to adjust the weight. The AI learns from your adjustment and uses it as the baseline for next week.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You keep access to manual logging, your exercise catalog, and 7 days of history. AI coaching, full analytics, and premium features are paused until you resubscribe. Your data is never deleted.
What does the free tier include?
Manual workout logging, the full exercise catalog (115 exercises), session-level Performance Index scoring, personal record detection, a rest timer, Siri Shortcuts, a Home Screen widget, and 3 saved session templates. Everything you need to get started.
What equipment options are supported?
